Depthwise was founded by Dr. Miles Davison, a sociologist passionate about making research meaningful for schools and communities. Miles has published in leading academic journals while also working alongside districts, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to turn evidence into action. A natural bridge between research and practice, his work focuses on helping leaders plan strategically, engage stakeholders, and understand the impact of their programs and policies.
